As President and CEO of KH Technologies, Inc., Janice plays a key leadership role in developing the management skills and leadership traits of companies in the Houston market and throughout the country. Seminars she leads are life transforming.

Prior to starting KH Technologies, Inc., Janice served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Lee Hecht Harrison’s Houston office.  This role utilized her extensive experience providing the world’s leading names in business with a variety of career transition services as well as executive coaching and leadership development.  She also developed her sales and marketing capacities with Microsoft Corporation including her role as Manager of the company’s retail market segment in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. 

Janice has been quoted in numerous newspaper articles across the company and a featured special columnist for the Houston Business Journal.  Janice is also applying her management skills as a franchise owner for one of the fastest growing franchise chains in the U.S. 

In addition to her sales and marketing background, she worked in television and radio news in Buffalo, New York.  Janice is a certified “cheese” trainer for the book Who Moved My Cheese, (dealing with change in life and the workplace).  She has been the keynote speaker at many for profit and not-for-profit organizations.
